Is it effective? Yes. Is it frightening? Yes. Is it still, ultimately, a manufactured product for the purpose of generating revenue for it's producer? YES. Zeitgeist is certainly an entertaining and thought-provoking documentary, but it fails to cite many of its sources, and plays off of viewers' emotions rather than deductive reasoning.
Don't be suckered in by its purported truth. In the end, Zeitgeist is every bit the propaganda that it demonizes.
