Review of Zeitgeist: The Movie (2007) by Christopher L — 12 Aug 2009
The information contained in this documentary is pretty good, though taken out of context in certain areas. There are three parts - Part 1: Religion, Part 2: 9/11, Part 3; Economics. I do recommend watching it, if only to gain the luxury of hearing a viewpoint you may have not considered. On the hand, die hard conspiracy theorists are beginning to lean towards the belief that Zeitgeist is a massive disinformation campaign launched by "the powers that be." There is some evidence that certainly suggests that, but nothing concrete. This is not #1 on my list of documentaries. I very highly recommend watching a documentary called "Ring of Power" (available for free on Google Video). The quality isn't nearly as good as Zeitgeist. In fact, it looks like a high school project. But the information it contains kicks the crap out of Zeitgeist.
Zeitgeist does have a sequel - Zeitgeist: Addendum. It's all about economics and was utter gibberish to me.
