Review of Zeitgeist: The Movie (2007) by Tamatai N — 23 Jul 2011
Even though I certainly didn't agree with everything that was presented here, this was still one hell of a fascinating and eye-opening piece of documentary film-making which stands as one of the best and most provocative I've seen.
I can understand why there was such a backlash towards it, but the haters seem to forget why films like this are made in the first place: To make us think; to make us step back and look at the world around us.
Zeitgeist definitely does this and quite a bit more. Highly recommended to anyone wanting an alternative insight into the state of our world, just make sure you approach it with an open mind.
