A goofy, cool low-budget 1991 Japanese sci fi flick about two bumbling electricians who get caught up in a battle between a cute bounty hunter from space and a large alien thing that's like a cross between a Power Rangers villain and a Resident Evil boss.
All the old-fashioned special effects helped make it even more entertaining for me.
