Any movie from the 80s that takes place within a high school and involves a rag-tag bunch of young men invariably involves boobs. What a suprise then it was that there were plenty of boobs to be seen here.
Probably the brainchild of a 14 year old screenwriter who wondering what sort of cool things could be achieved with the power of telekinesis, well for one, you could blow girls tops off. Scott Baio is goofy but is at his most accidentally hilarious when raising his eyebrows to symbolise the use of his "powers".
His sidekick is a dufus and there is little to no plot. But this film features the most ridiculous ending, which is essentially an orgy of bare breasted mayhem. Worth a watch. I give it, two bare breasts out of of 5.
