Zack and Miri Make a Porno is one of the more minor Seth Rogen comedies, but despite being extremely predictable it packs a number of pretty funny moments, especially from Craig Robinson. The title is a pretty straightforward plot summary of the movie.

Zack (Seth Rogen) and Miri (Elizabeth Banks) have been best friends since first grade, and now they share an apartment together. In dire need of some money to pay their bills, they decide to make a porno to raise the money.

Despite being incredibly raunchy (what did you expect with a title like that), it's actually a surprisingly sweet movie. It has more in common with a clichéd but enjoyable romantic comedy than it does with, say, Superbad.

Don't get me wrong, there's a lot of dirty humor and nudity, but at the heart of the story it's really just a romantic comedy. The humor is there though, and Seth Rogen and Craig Robinson deliver on the laughs.

Everything that Craig Robinson says is comic gold, and Seth Rogen is his usual charming and hilarious self. Zack and Miri is ultimately a pretty forgettable and predictable comedy, but it has some great laughs that make it enjoyable enough.

You won't be missing anything if you don't watch it, but if you're in dire need of a raunchy comedy then Zack and Miri should fit the bill well enough.
