Review of Zabriskie Point (1970) by Matt K — 01 Jun 2009
Amazing soundtrack, beautiful visuals and a palpable feeling of being in that time . Actors are pretty to look at but not so hot on the acting. The love scene in the desert and the destruction at the end make this movie something special.
I think that Antonioni was commenting on the intellectual emptiness and illogical thought process of the protest movement than trying to glorify it.
