Review of Z (1969) by Ben W — 08 Jun 2010
Its hard to imagine a film more outrageous. costa-gavras film is so in your face that it is apparent very early on that his feelings go well beyond fed up with modern political complacency. the quick pacing, the score urging the viewer toward the end.
its a whirlwind of excellent editing, fast dialog, and a boiling plot, but thankfully never suggests anything that seems implausible, not just in the world of film but in reality as well.
