Review of Youth Without Youth (2007) by Sze-To M — 05 Oct 2008
What can I say? There are so many films out there with faulty pretensions and zero ideas that I'd rather take an overwrought concept film by the Master.
There's a lot of emotion, great images, flowing performances, and gorgeous music.
It's a unique work and that should herald it as something to watch and explore. What did you want? The Conversation? Coppola is someone new now.
And that filmmaker is making Tetro.
