Review of Youth Without Youth (2007) by Anna C — 28 Nov 2008
This isn't the ordinary FF Coppola's movie. It's philosophical, visionary, sometimes metaphysical and, of course, oneiric. Maybe it's a bit difficult to follow but it definitely goes to the point in the right way.
There's a bit of discontinuity in the narration when Veronica shows up: it's like two stories tied up together not so well but the movie overall is interesting and leave you with a bunch of doubts.
Cool stuff. And Tim Roth is really amazing in this movie too.
