Review of Youth Without Youth (2007) by Party Pete. C — 19 Apr 2008
Fist time I see Coppola making a movie with so many metaphoric images. I can say that it has a lot that I donâ??t understand, but some of the understanding comes clear after a few days.
Itâ??s a movie that shows how important is your youth, giving some interesting plots of life: nothing is perfect, everything has a balance: even dough it seem to be, it will show off sooner of later.
I could say it really plays along with some particular subjects of Dorian Gray, but I still cant be assure of it (I havenâ??t finished the bookâ?¦ yet).
â??Youth Without Youthâ??, it is a movie to think, not a movie to love.
