Review of You're Next (2013) by Joshua W — 20 Jul 2014
You're Next Takes An Interesting Twist On The Home Invasion Thriller, Although This Twist Could Probably Be Foreseen Though, But It Doesn't Come Up Often In These Type Of Films. A Family Is Attacked At An Anniversary Dinner By Three Men Wearing Animal Masks.
They Think This Will Be An Easy Job However They Didn't Count On One Of The Party To Be An Aussie Survivalist. They Have Picked The Wrong House And They've Picked The Wrong Woman To Mess With.
With A Basic Plot That's Built On By Great Cast Performances From It's Mostly Unknown Cast, An Excellent Atmosphere & An Exellent Script. You're Next Is An Average Thriller, With A Great Atmosphere & Is An Enjoyable Thrill Ride Into The Terror Of Being Trapped In A House In The Middle Of The Woods.
