Review of You're Next (2013) by Deborah M — 10 Feb 2016
Mostly obnoxious upper-class family get picked off in their mansion in the woods. So far, so meh. But this low-budget, high-gore home invasion horror has some pretty remarkable moments. It would probably be great in a cinema for the collective jump-scares.
I liked it more until the Reasons Why became clear, and after that it got quite a bit less interesting. It's not long at just 94 minutes, but even that felt a little bit stretched to me.
