I commend the film's attempt to display a narrative using body switching. The animation and editing was very well done especially during the Shinto ceremony. However, the contrived,predictable, and sometime overdone plot ruins the film.
I didn't like how certain characters weren't fully developed such as the 2 fathers from the leading characters. The music was insufferable and the 3rd act became almost a challenge for me finish this film.
I wanted to love this film but in the end,I found this to be a very messy and confusing film.
