Coming from a guy who usually likes this type of low brow stuff, the movie's got nothing. It survives on the charm of Kenny Powers (yes, it's the same character), but nothing else in the movie is worth watching in the least.
Makes you feel nostalgic for the quality of a Bill & Ted or Pauly Shore movie.
