Review of Your Highness (2010) by Nathan E — 12 Apr 2013

The biggest problem in this movie is danny mcbride. the plot is... well, it's like due date in middle earth. the hangover was funny and so was pineapple express, but due date and your highness have big funny shoes to fill, with no avail unfortunately, mcbride is unneeded even as the protagonist, he has his place in these kinds of movies.

but here, he takes steam away from the otherwise academy award nominated cast. who are also somehow funnier than him in this. but I had my laughs. with all due respect, cheech and chong didn't raise the bar very high when they started these types of movies so the plot feels rembrantian in comparison.
