Lou Diamond Phillips is very bizarre in this movie... Kiefer Sutherland looks very, very young... and Charlie Sheen really isn't in it that much... Emilio Estevez plays Billy the Kid as a lunatic and my favorite performance is by Terry O'Quinn.
