Review of Young Frankenstein (1974) by Chance L — 04 Mar 2010
Like I have said in my Blazing Saddles review, this is the greatest film Mel Brooks has ever made. From brilliant performances from Gene Wilder and Peter Boyle (who deserve Oscars) to the brilliant direction from Mel Brooks, Young Frankenstein deserves the title of greatest spoof and greatest comedy ever made.
And I am so glad that no sequels were made to this movie. It would have totally ruined it.
