This movie was like watching a train wreck in slow motion; you are covering your face yet you can't help but keep one eye peeking through your fingers. This movie was not what I expected but definitely had its moments where you were cracking up the rawness of the film.

You know that friend or acquaintance you have that is always washed up & drunk and can never seem grow out of that young adult phase? You think they will change after a big event in their life but they never do? That's Mavis Gary.

You can watch this movie once but never twice.
