Review of Young Adam (2003) by Jerome C — 27 Apr 2008

A very well-acted film. I think many people don't like it because it's based on a book and you can tell its based on a book because of all the silence moments where you know there's lots of inner monologue going on.

Also there lots and sex and nudity (like you get to see all of Ewan McGreggor, for those of you who are squeamish)....and I mean lots....like one every 5 minutes. But if you can handle all that then its pretty good.

There's so much understated feeling in this movie.
