Review of Young Adam (2003) by Ice R — 20 Jul 2009
Ewan McGregor's best performance. Some people may find this film too dark or immoral, but Young Adam is a powerful drama about temptation, lust and sin. As bruting as McGregor's character Joe is, in the end we see, slowly, that he really isn't as cold as he thinks he is.
But don't expect this movie to be anything cheerful.
