Am I the only one not buying Josh Brolin in this movie? It seems like completely wrong casting. He suppose to be this medical school grad who decides to not become a doctor but instead become a writer.
I don't see him as either, I dunno if it's just because he's played a certain role so well lately that I can't get past it. I see him as a cowboy, a brutte, a man's man, a former jock who is now a car salesmen.
But he is not an author married to Naomi Watts. Just didn't buy it. Who would I have cast you askâ¦how about Rob Lowe, or how about Ethan Hawke. Give me a skinny, smart looking guy who wears some emotions on his sleeve.
I just want someone believeable.
