Review of You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger (2010) by Troy T — 11 Nov 2010
It seems Woody Allen's European backdrops continue to showcase a darker, more somber exploration of relationships, yearning, distraction, mortality, and personal meaning than his usual New York scenes, but he still keeps the story light on its toes, dancing with the familiar, mesmerizing choreography of dialog and character development.
I didn't see much of the hilarious Woody here, but I enjoyed the glimpses. Thought-provoking Existentialism at its best.
