Review of You Got Served (2004) by Marie K — 05 Nov 2011
This year, I've seen The Last Airbender, Cars 2, Transformers 3, Green Lantern, and several other bad films. And yet, this might be the worst one.
The plot is just awful, and half of it takes place off-screen so that we can see more lengthy dance scenes which get repetitive and boring. The acting ranges from OK to awful, the soundtrack is unimpressive (and this is coming from a fan of hip-hop), and the conflict resolution is so poorly handled that you just don't care. Add in the fact that it's not quite 10 years old and yet feels incredibly dated, and you've got a titanic stinker.
