Review of You Don't Mess with the Zohan (2008) by Aaron S — 30 Sep 2012
This was funny enough. (Frankly I was expecting a little better from the writing team of Adam Sandler/ Robert Smigel/ Judd Apatow.) I only watched the extended cut, which at nearly 2 hours is pretty long for a silly comedy. I don't know what the additions were, so I can't say whether they were funny parts. On the plus side, the gross-out material was minimal (albeit non-zero). All told, don't expect a lot, but it's worth checking out if you're in the mood for stupid-funny.
Also, any excuse to put Emmanuelle Chriqui on the screen is fine by me!
