Review of You Don't Know Jack (2010) by Avani B — 25 Apr 2010
A well-made movie, Al Pacino is not only his usual brilliant self but also makes the audience like a quirky, awkward character. John Goodman and Danny Huston stand out as well. Opens up the debate about the right to life/the right to die yet again but from the perspective of good yet misunderstood intentions.
Woven with real footage so as to lend authenticity but artsy enough to make the real-life oddball actions of Dr. Death seem surreal and entertaining.
