Al Pacino is chilling in portrayal as Jack Kavorkian, aka Dr. Death. The thoughts and feeling expressed by Jack, in conjunction with Pacino's portrayal allows the story to work its magic. In addition to this, it isn't plagued by the drama and debate of assisted suicide until the end of the film during the trial chapters.
Its a stunning look at how people look at situations in deep, and different mannerisms, even in issues of death.
