Review of You Can't Take It with You (1938) by K D — 30 Jun 2008
Great Capra film, right up there with "It's A Wonderful Life" and it should get more recognition that it has recently. It was a very interesting story, the plot has not really been played with that much recently, but it was a great one, and who couldn't fall in love with that family? I thought Lionel Barrymore gave a terrific performance, really carried the movie, and I loved the chemistry between Arthur and Stewart.
Great film, perfect film to just sit down, and feel happy about watching.
