Review of You Are Alone (2005) by Carolina R — 27 Aug 2008
How do movies like this go unnoticed?! I am guilty to admitting that halfway through the movie my interest wasn't intrigued just yet. Some of the dialog taking place between the two starring actors seemed far-stretched and farsical, however at other times it was simply wonderful and soul-stirring.
Both the actors in this movie were amazing, but Jessica Bohl -although over-the-top sometimes- doesn't allow you to take your eyes off of her.
What we're dealing with here is a claustophobic, marvellous piece of work with a magical folk soundtrack, that begs for attention.
