Review of Yojimbo (1961) by Scott M — 07 Jul 2009
By far the "coolest" Kurosawa movie I've seen as of yet. The director/actor combination of Kurosawa/Mifune is one of the best in cinema history, and this film is certainly no exception to that rule.
I'll have to go back and watch Fistful of Dollars, because Leone is a genius for seeing this movie and adapting its "cool" for a Western.
