I'm quite lucky to be one of the few Western Devils that has seen this before A Fistful of Dollars. Although Sergio Leone's film is masterful in its own right, Yojimbo is still the better movie.
It features two of the best actors of all time, never mind of Japanese cinema alone. And if that is still not enough to have you want to watch it, it is one of the best stories ever told.
