The ultimate in doubling crossing films. Fantastic action too. Kurosawa takes the Samurai genre and spices it up with a little bit of Western flair. The ending, with the sword vs. gun showdown in particular is amazing.
I like this film a lot better than "For a Fistful of Dollars" which it inspired.
