Review of Yogi Bear (2010) by Julian K — 12 Apr 2011
Ok film.
Good for kids and family.
Funny film.
Good plot.
Yogi is a great character and is funny.
Boo-Boo is a mini-Yogi and looks up to Yogi and does whatever Yogi tells him.
Imaginative movie.
Extremely short at just over 80 mins.
About a park (Jellystone Park) is turning 100 years and is being threatened to be shut down by the cities mayor who is running for governer. The park must raise more than $3000 before the budget is due. Rachel comes to film a documentary about the park mainly focusing on the bears (Yogi and Boo-Boo). Ranger Smith comes up with the idea to promote the park by having a celebration of the Park's 100th Aniversary with fireworks, hoping that visitors will fill out seasonal passes to gain money to hopefully raise the much needed money. Unfortunatley this plan failes and the park is shutdown and its trees were to be cut down until Rachel finds out about an endangered turtle that was thought to be extinct. Thanks to the frog the park was protected by law and the park was successfull.
