Kevin is one of those entertainers that really invites you into his life. As a podcast listener and life long Kevin Smith movie fan, he can do no wrong in my eyes. Also, as a huge Ralph Garman fan (Garmy!!), it was so fun to see him on the big screen.
Ok, so maybe Tusk was fucking whack, but still. The acting is wonderful, the humor is very much Kevins sort of humor, and you can find all the easter eggs he leaves in.
In the case of Yoga Hosers its two young girls kicking ass and I loved it. Kevins movies are for a certain audience but I think thats what makes them so special. He cares about his work and it doesnt matter what these clueless critics think because he has loyal fans that will be behind him every step of the way.
