The film opens with a scene of public bombing that does more fizzling than sizzling; even the camerawork has been done many times over. That's how the rest of the movie feels: too familiar. The redemption of a juvenile delinquent who is ordered to infiltrate a high school and solve a mounting crime wielding a .
..yo-yo? The film asks you to buy into much of the like, but go with it and you will be mildly rewarded with the expected "idol shots"/battle , close-ups of a cgi steel yo-yo, and some decent acting that tries to salvage questionable writing.
