2 hrs. 53min. is a long time but I did not feel it was long. The film closely and quietly follows the stories of the members of the family. It is about their everyday life, the kind of thing we are all familiar with somehow.
The father coming across his love in his past and wondering if it could have been different or not, the high school studnet daughter experiencing a love triangle and brokenheart, the bedridden grandmother who does not wake up until the end, and the adorable kid, etc.
..The film is sometimes comical and sometimes sad. It is a good film.
