Even after watching this movie countless times I'm still in love with it. It's so incredibly simple but where it falls flat in plot it comes back with incredibly rich characters. Even the smallest characters in this movie play some kind of role.
It shows how average life is but still how new and different every day is. It is the best example of what an Edward Yang film is and one of the most beautiful movies I have ever seen.
