Look, I know this film wasn't supposed to have a plot, but COME ON! This was like the most ridiculously bad plot in the history of ridiculously bad plots (and not in a good way). Year One had its moments, and Jack Black and Michael Cera shared surprisingly solid chemistry, and I liked the overall concept, but Year One simply missed the cave.
.boat? Too many gag-worthy moments and too many randomly inserted historical events (Cain and Abel? Weak..) detracted from what could have been a decent comedy. Oh well.
