Review of Year One (2009) by Eric G — 25 Feb 2014
Come on now, you know what you're getting into with this one. It's Jack Black being Jack Black and Michael Cera being Michael Cera, wandering through bible stories and challenging the roman empire.
Of course its stupid, but it made me laugh, and it was clear that everyone had a lot of fun on this movie. Black and Cera work well together in the normal fat guy/skinny guy comedy pairing, and if you're going for just a dumb movie to get a few laughs from, you could do worse than Year One.
i'd watch it again.
