Is it as bad as people say? No. Is it as unfunny as people say? Yes. Despite the poster and trailers, this film is actually about the creation of "The Chosen People"... Does that make this film antisemitic? Nah.
It's too dumb to actually offend anyone. Cera is awful, but Black is clearly into his character and the story though... Too bad the material doesn't support his energy. Ernie Hudson went to the premiere of this film and after told Harold Ramis it sucked.
Hudson was right, but I still feel bad for Egon.
