Smart debate about animal rights, isolation, loneliness & the distractions you pursue to get through each day. The performances are great, especially Molly Shannon in the lead and Laura Dern as her neurotic sister-in-law.
Not laugh-out-loud funny, but then I don't think it was meant to be.
