Review of Year of the Dog (2007) by Christopher M — 13 Mar 2008
As an animal rights activist, I was touched by this movie and completely understood what it was saying. It made me cry multiple times. I completely understood the main character (though I see myself as more logical).
The whole thing showed sort of the awkwardness I feel from day to day dealing with people that do not understand the need to have compassion for all beings. I sort of wished she had chosen a different organization to go with in the end (not all of use support PETA) but all in all, this movie touched my heart.
