I wanted to like this and really liked it at the beginning but the film took a really unexpected dark turn after the (SPOILER) death of her cute little beagle Pencil (SPOILER). Overall, it's pretty good and Molly Shannon does a really good job considering I don't care for her that much.
Shows how annoying animal rights activists can be though and ends on a sour note (well....for me anyway). The dogs that died in the movie really upset me though. :(.
