A somewhat-interesting straight to video flick by my man Takashi Miike. Jap B-movie god Riki Takeuchi is in fine form showcasing his usual one dimensional acting style, amazing sneer, and bloated face.
I believe this is the last time (to date) that Miike and Takeuchi worked together.
