Absurd, brainless sequel to an already lacking first installment. What little plot there was in the first 'XXX' is not to be seen here. The plot is the most far-fetched story line I've seen in quite sometime.
In 'XXX: State of the Union', Ice Cube replaces Vin Diesel as the criminal turned agent to help the NSA, Darius Stone (Ice Cube). Basically the whole point of the film is that they are trying to stop an assassination attempt on the President of the United States.
This film is filled with Tanks, Cars, train tracks, and basically all the stunts from the first times two. The script is poor, and despite Samuel L. Jackson being present the film overall is poor. The action is still entertaining but the film is absurd, and leads me to wonder how this movie got approved in the first place.
