Not as good as the first one. Action is sometimes OTT. But still not bad on its own. Samuel L.Jackson and Michael Roof secret underground base is attack and they are the only survivors. Secretary of Defense Willem Dafoe inform the president Peter Strauss.
Samuel go to prison find Ice Cube, a former Navy Seal under him and tell him to make an escape at 1206pm. Their helicopter assure the success. The trio go find his ex-girlfriend Nona Gaye for help. Scott Speedman is in-charge of the incident.
Ice go back the base to get the data hard disk. Samuel went home and is attack by Willem. They bomb his house and make it look like accident. Ice find a photo strip pasted on the hard disk and found one contact Sunny Mabrey.
She work with Samuel before. Ice get close to Willem in the party to eavesdrop and is expose. Sunny bring him home to hide. After shower, a close associate of Willem is found dead in the house. Ice is set up for the murder.
Scott arrive and talk to him. After knowing a bit more facts, he start feeling fishy. Micahel hack into the system and find out Willem is preparing a lot of inventory for an upcoming president event. Ice infiltrate the aircraft carrier and find Samuel still alive.
Peter want to cut down defense budget and make peace with enemies instead of beefing up troops, that didn't go down well with Willem. Ice contact Scott about the info. Willem plan to kill the top officials and become president himself.
Get help from his street gang, they fight the army. Willem is going to frame Samuel for the killings. Halfway during the speech, the lights cut out. Willem escorted the officials to a place for kill. Ice barge in and save the president but they get to the escape bullet train.
Ice save Samuel and he kill Sunny. Ice use a Shelby to chase the train and the others use helicopters. Scott rapel and save Peter. Ice jump off the train, Samuel fire rocket and blow up the train. Scott get medal and join Samuel team.
Ice drive off and be the wanderer.
