Review of xXx: Return of Xander Cage (2017) by Travis G — 30 Mar 2017

If Vin Diesel were not in this movie, it would seem completely like one of the many low budget action movies that fall through the cracks never to be heard from again. The plot seemed almost dutiful as there was very little originality, and the film seemed to be simply going through the motions. The transitions between scenes were many times fast and awkward, and nothing, not even some of the decent action shots could make up for it.

Although there were moments in it that were pleasing, such as bringing back ice cube for the fans, most of the film seemed very corny. As a fan of Vin, even I have to say that there is nothing special about XXX Return of Xander Cage.
