A completely & utterly useless action movie with no redeeming features. It's poorly scripted, poorly acted & poorly executed. Another reason why Vin Diesel should just give up as he can't act.

The plot is paper thin & has every action movie cliche in the book which makes it possibly the most unoriginal film out there. The thought a thriller seeker could work as a Secret Agent is just plain stupid as this movie is as a whole.

It's also poorly edited & poorly written which made the whole thing hard to follow & wondering what was going on half the time. Although not a saving grace there are one or two good one liners & some great stunts but the fact the stuntman seemed to want to pull off a move only seen at a Red Bull X Games event just made it silly! I'd love to tell give a synopsis but the movie was one whole disaster & the reason for the existence of this movie is beyond me but my main thought was to stop a Russian terrorist group called Anarchy 99 from starting a biological strike against the West.
