Review of X2 (2003) by Ben B — 01 Apr 2016
While entertaining, X2 has a bit too many subplots going on between Wolverine and Stryker, Nightcrawler, Magneto, and even the minor teenagers. It all feels lumped together, and the bloated cast makes it hard to connect with any of the protagonists.
That being said, X2 is still well-performed, especially by Jackman, and the subtext in the teenager storyline is more relevant than ever these days.
