Review of X2 (2003) by Mike S — 03 Feb 2014
This sequel to the first X-Men movie, about the struggles of mutant humans to be accepted in non-mutant society, has plenty of action, but the plot is a bit muddled. There are good mutants and evil mutants, as well as an evil human who wants to kill all mutants, even though he helped create at least one of them.
The mutants, good and evil, band together to fight their common enemy, but are still at odds over tactics and objectives. The cast and production values are solid. It's an entertaining popcorn flick.
